The Samsung Kies software just doesn't seem to be able to connect to the device, my computer can recognize the phone and it shows up as a portable device which I can access but the moment I turn on kies the computer doesn't recognize it anymore and the god damn program just says Connecting device please wait forever. I just wanna update from 2.1 to 2.2 any help would be great.
