Samsung Galaxy Apollo, Motorola Charm or LG Optimus One with Google?

Its time for me to renew my contract with Telus for home phone and internet. I want to take advantage of their promotions, and they have one for $200 toward a new smartphone. I have a Nokia E71 with Telus already so if I switch to a new phone I'll need to buy it no term.
This leaves my options to be:
Samsung Galaxy Apollo
Motorola Charm
LG Optimus One with Google.

Are any of these phones any good?
