Ok i have a samsung flight SGH-A797 and like for the messages i still dont know how to add a Signature for the outbox messages...

Are you sure you're aloud to have a signature? I have a HTC T-Mobile G1, and it doesn't have signature so I downloaded a application from Android Market to allow it.. So Look it up.
