One firmware bug in F480 is the low call volume when talking with a headset/hands free kit via bluetooth, even when you set the headset volume to max.
Here's how to increase call volume (only for BT):
- go into service-menu ("Dial" -> *#6984125*#),
- go to "Internals" (Master-Key *#9072641*#),
- select "Test Mode",
- in the menu appearing now select "[8] Audio".
- go into "BTH Config" -> "[3] Call config" -> "[1] Rx Call Vol"
- now select "-" from the keypad, "WRITE" must appear in top.
- the pre-configured value is -4.0dB, we increase it to +10.0dB, should be enough for every headset/hands free kit
- enter the new value via keypad 3-digit, means "100", then "OK"
- leave this menu entering "#" then leave service-menu.
That's it!
