i've had my exclaim for a little over a year now and about four months ago i had issues with receiving my texts it would tell me i had a new one but only had a certain amount of space left but not view it found out that it was because of my internet and i had to clear my cache so weekly i've had to clear it but about a month ago my phone started to shut up and restart over and over and over again when i charged it no matter what i did even if i turned my phone off first so i need help with that and the 2nd thing is the text problem has gotten so bad when i clear my cache and everything else it still wont let me see my new message 
please someone have the answer first person to make my phone receive texts will get the points good luck.... i'm at college right now and this is the 3rd day that this has been going on plez help asap
