Samsung Exclaim (M550) Reclaim (M560)

Ok, i've been reading for 5 or 6 hours on all the flahing that can be done to Samsung phones. Using CDMA Workshop, QPST, and Samsung PST. Most requiring a driver for the specific model.

Can someone tell me if I'll need a specific driver/DLL to flash a Samsung Exclaim (M550) or Samsung Reclaim (M560)? Or can I use a driver for another phone?

I don't need someone to tell me how (although welcomed) but just a point in the right direction.

you need to find the dll for that phone if you want to fully flash it with pic and internet. and you have to have the samsung modem drivers install before you can do anything to your phone via computer. the dll works with pst. you can download a cricket prl file and load it to your phone via qpst in the roaming tab to get talk and text. hope this helps
 
reclaim is sprint also its that ugly little eco phone.

Exclaim can have internet, even the facebook app still works....BUT, backup your contacts both times I've flashed this phone it wipes out the Contact nurabers.... not the names though, just nurabers.
 
thanks for the help. The tutorial did help me out but I couldn't change the MSL via CDMA Tools... Tried about 2/3 different versions. It just wouldn't read it. So I ended up using UniCDMA_098 and was able to read/change the MSL by selecting I really don't like this phone but my daughter loves it. Sucks for her she won't be able to get MMS :)

i need help seriously. i also have a samsung reclaim and im trying to flash it to cricket. its partially flashed but only txts and phone calls thats it. i just need picture mail and internet. i am knew to flashing but im also a fast learner. could someone pleeeaaassseee help with my problem? would there be any programs i need to download or any website that could help me out, or anything i need to buy? i dont have the money right now to pay someone to do it when it could be cheaper for me and in the future for other phones. could someone anyone write down the steps for me to get me going for my phone i would most gladly appreciate it. a million thanx in advance!!!!
