the five wires that go to the ballast for the lamp. which wire(s) need grounded to make the TV think the lamp is on and running properly? I'm replacing the pricey lamp with head light bulb and a bigger fan and i need the old ballast removed and the TV to think the lamp is running properly any help is appreciated
