Samsung Decision

Due to the lack of Nokia quad-band phones, I have resigned to a Samsung.

My needs are simple:

Quad-band.
MP3.
1.3+ MP camera.
Good reception.

I have been thinking about the D600, D807, D820 and the D900. The D900 is the est but it's also pricy, the D600, D807 and D820 are good for price but from the reviews I've read they're flawed. Any help in choosing out of these three or other brands/models?

I have almost exactly the same list as you, without the N73.
The NOKIA 6131 and 6270, the Samsung D600, D820 and D900 and SE W810 are my list. A week ago, I thought it was the W810, more recently I favored the 6131.

I have been using simple NOKIA's for years: 3595 and 6010's, and want:
1.) Good, clear speakerphone with decent volume.
2.) Great incoming/outgoing sound quality with sufficient, clear volume.
3.) Great reception.
4.) A ring tone that I can easily hear in my pocket, like with the 3595 and 6010's.
5.) The camera and everything else are pure gravy, just "extras" in my opinion.

Like I said, pretty much the identical list as yours.

So, what do we have here: a flip, 2 sliders and 2 candybar's....perfect.
I think we are really narrowing it down!

Don't like the keypad spacing on the 6125. The D600 and D820 have vibrate, then ring, kind of rediculous perhaps. Drop most of these models once or twice and they are history. What else?

Anyone have any recommendations among this group based on his/my criteria?

Andrew
