Samsung D900 or Sony Ericsson Z610?

Both of them are very good looking, although i preferred the sony ericsson, however, does anyone know which has the best and which one has the biggest screen?

from what i remember reading, the D900 was quadband and had a QVGA screen resolution vs. the Z610's triband and 176x220 res.

i could be wrong
