I'm afraid it's impossible to trace your phone. Cell phone providers don't release information about the last known location of a cell unless the information is needed by the police and even then they have to subpoena the records.
Even if you did manage to get those records, which, as I said, you couldnt, it would only narrow the location of the phone down to maybe a 5 mile radius if you're lucky.

if you call your service provider they can block the phone from being used if you have the IMEI number of the phone. Seen as you dont have the phone anymore you cant get it from the phone, but if you still have the packaging off the phone it should be written on the box. failing that, your provider will have it on record, but will only have the IMEi for the phone you first had with that account. if you changed phones but kept the same sim card and never told your service provider they won't have your current IMEI code.
Ring they're customer support number and see what they can do for you.
