incoming email address using gmail? samsung captivate galaxy s
I set up the phone using the gmail address for the incoming and the gmail servers and when I send a test message, the gmail address shows in the from. Fair enough.
I set the outgoing to another server and send a test message and the source of the email shows it was delivered from the external mail server but still shows from the gmail address. Fair enough.
I changed the settings in GMail to display the wanted email address and when using webmail to send email it display properly but when sending from the phone it still shows the gmail account. Any suggestions?
