Samsung Caliber or Code?

(with metro pcs) ok so a lot of my life I thought it would be cool to have a touchscreen phone like all my friends do. And I found metro pcs which offers a prepaid touchscreen phone. But they also offer a Samsung code with windows 6.1 OS. Even though i wanted a touchscreen phone for a long time, i have heard that the code is better because you can get a lot more apps and other stuff on it. And what good widgets can you get on the caliber? 10 points for most helpful answer
