Samsung Behold.! && Phone Ringtones?

Okay, I have this phone. To get my songs as ringtones, they have to be under Files and then Music.
Or, it's easier to go to phonezoo.com and get the songs that you want. On that website, they have the short version for ringtones. :)
You have to download the songs to your computer,
then you have to get a cable that connects your phone to the computer,
and you can transfer songs from your computer to phone.

ok so i wanna change my ringtone on my phone
and ive done it before
and it was with a normal song
but like i cant change it to any of the songs i have in my music


can someone help please?
