Samsung BDC6500 bluray player problem?

Truth be told the problem is the brand, Sony invented the tech, thats why I will only own sony blu ray playes. I have new s570 7.1 compatible and the fastest blu ray on the market. sometimes only 6 secs before movie starts or to fbi warning. and only 250 bucks. use a sears card and get 10 percent off.

got one of these yesterday, got it all connected up etc, playing a disk it then froze and unfroze at Random points and sometimes the disk would stop and player would go back to player main screen, took it back today, got another one and same happened again after about 1 and a half hours of playing a film, both machines were firmware upgraded, the first on had the problem before the upgrade and still done it after the upgrade, anyone had similar problems with this or any other samsung players ?
 
Hello: The problem that I am experiencing with the 6500 is a popping noise followed by a picture fluctuation. This happens whether I am watching a Blu Ray, or just using the internet functions. I have replaced this unit once and I am still having the problem. I sent an email to Samsung, but have never had a response.
