Okay I have a 13 year old daughter that is always rude, disrespectful, and doesn't care about what anyone says to her. People say prison is her future so I want to some how enroll her in one of those prison samples of what prison is really like and how she needs to change? Where can I send her?

there is a program from cops and that they come 2 ur home and hand cuff her and make her think that she is in trouble for a crime, and she stays in jail for at least 1-3 days. if that doesnt work make her have a privelege of juvy or redilin.

Make a cop friend, put her in regular jail but with her roommate as an actual cop playing as an actor, but let ur sis or wat ever see how it feels! Or comfort her and threaten her that ur gonna put her in one o those if she doesnt get her act together!

try talking to her! ask her whats wrong and be the best mom in the whole world! there must be somthing bothering her. what is her life like? I am thirteen and I love it when my mom just tlks to me, take her shopping, do somthing with her! if that doesnt work then maybe she does need boot camp.

its called punishment. its called taking away privileges- cell phone, tv, going out on weekends aka going to school coming home and thats it.

find an ROTC program and put her in there, i think that would be your best bet.

I'm going to say some things you may not like.
Why is it that after you have failed to address this issue for 13 years, are you now expecting the prison system to handle it? The time to show your little girl that her behavior is unacceptable isn't when she's 13, its before she turns 5. If I were you, I would find a very nice Residential Military Academy to enroll her in and let the Criminal Justice System attend to Criminals and not your problem child..

well you can go to the local police station and they mite offer that program. trust me been to juvinal hall for having a knife when i was 14 now im 16. she will change if you show her the reallity.

The system only makes it worse. These days, being booked gives kids something to brag about. They feel tough like a gangster. But If you give your child to the hellish gates of the law, that's worse than murdering them, which my mom would have done if I so much as looked at an adult the wrong way(exaggeration). These kids need a lil old skool discipline that's all. Maybe your 13 year old needs an adult father figure to put some fear of God in her heart. Military school it a good option. If not, then limit her to the home, shes 13, still a baby. Make sure she hang with a limited amount of friend and don't let her off the block without supervision of someone you trust. My mother layed the smack down on my big sis each and every time she got outta line and it paid off in the sense that now at 23 years old, my sister wouldn'tt even curse or talk about sexual things in Mom's presence. Neither do I(20 years old) A Little discipline goes a long way. Don't believe that you child doesn't listen. She hears every thing you tell her, she's just waiting for you to say the right thing. Try to limit your yelling and just let her know that when every other human on earth fails and betrays her(which they will), you'll be the only one riding for her.

I would say to send her to the Maury show with D-West or one of those other talk shows that will send her to jail to have inmates talk to her and maybe set her straight. Besides that, I would say to check with your local human service agency that deals with teens to get a referral. The program in my area is called VIDA. I can't remember what it stands for but it is a program that involves the military in helping with your problem child. It is a sixteen week program and two times a week. It may be worth the efforts. It stands for Vital Intervention Directional Alternative

Most states have done away with these, but if you are concerned for your daughter you can contact your local juvenile office and they can give you some information on steps to take to curb her behavior.
