What would it change/mean if we eliminated the federal recognition of marriage and instead viewed as a civil union between two consenting adults?
And are you for this/against this? Why or why not? I am very interested on this subject!
I would very much want gay marriage to exist, I just would be uneasy about calling it marriage and instead a civil union.
