Out of those it would be the Gallardo because if you want to get technical that's the only one that isn't limited to 155mph. It has a top speed of about 186mph. The fastest standard V10 though I believe is either the Porsche Carrera GT or Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR. I'll go with the ACR though. It holds the fastest time around the prestigious Nurburgring North Loop.
EDIT: Top speed goes to the Carrera GT, with a top speed of 205mph, compared to the Viper's 200mph. But the Viper is much, much faster around a circuit.
