salt mix( i personally use seachem reef mix)
Hydrometer(to measure salinity)
Powerhead(to mix the salt and to use in the tank)
Filter(can be the same as freshwater)
Live sand (1 pound per gallon)
live rock(1 pound per gallon)
That will be good for the setup, in the future you would want to get a protein skimmer, heater or chiller depending on what type of tank you want, upgraded lighting ( if the tank is going to be reef)
You want to set up the tank and let it cycle for 2-4 weeks until the test of the parameters level out, then you can stock slowly.
