Look on the label, they normally tell you. If you're still not sure, you can call their 800 phone number which should be on the label somewhere. Normally, Salsa is good for awhile.
I have never enjoyed eating salsa until a few weeks ago... i'm pregnant and i now LOVE this stuff! Anyways- i have a 66oz jar from costco, but i opened it about 4-5 weeks ago. I've been eating it since and it stays in the fridge. I'm normally super weird about keeping food for "too long"- i searched the jar and it just says "refridgerate after opening" and there is nothing that says "use within".... sooooo HELP SALSA EATERS!
