Salary Cap and Instant Replay in Baseball?

1) Do you think baseball should have instant replay? No other sport is based so much on human error, and it seems outrageous that a team could conceivably lose game seven of the World Series at the bottom of the ninth inning on a full count with two outs because the umpire calls strike on a pitch that is way inside.

2) Do you think baseball will ever have a salary cap?
