Saints Row 2: someone joined my game who used cheats, I accidentally saved, can anyone

help? I was playing Saints Row 2 when some random player joined me. He was using cheats and it said so on my screen. I quickly kicked him from my game. I then saved my game and skipped over the warning saying it affects my achievements. Does this mean I will not be able to get anymore achievements even though they aren't my cheats?
P.S. I have an autosave file and I created a new save file; both of those are in the same place.
