i bought pre-cooked turkey meatballs & froze them before the use by date, which was a month ago. Tonight I cooked them & now have left overs. Is it safe to eat tomorrow or the next night?

Just as long as it doesn't give off an odor then it should be fine. Also, if it didn't taste bad when you ate it, less likely it will go bad.
