I am busy looking for a place to live in south London, as I will start my new job in London soon (currently live in Leicester). Considering security/safty, transportation and price, I like SW19, 20, 16, 17. I viewed a flat in Portland Road SE25 last week, felt so bad. It does not look like a safe place at all. I've been looking at the crime map, Merton, Sutton, Kingston upon Thames and Richmond upon Thams show relatively low crimes. Is it definitely that SE, e.g. Cryondon, is not as good as those safe areas? or it depends? Some properties look nice and cheaper in SE25. Would like to listen to your opinions. Thanks.
