hello,

i was reading some of these post about SIJD and i am really glad to see what i complain about all the time is really real, i was in an automobile accident almost 7 years ago and i have been having major right hip pain since then, the pain intencity has only increased resulting in me being placed on morphine and although that is not the direction i wanted to go, i had no choice. I was not diagnosised with this for over two years and by that time a lot of damage had been done that was irrepairable, along with piriformis syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction and si joint dysfunction i have a pretty messed up hip. my problem is, since this happen while i was in the air force the va is denying the injury, saying there is no medical proof, yet the person that diagnosised this is one of the most respected doctors in spokane and i have yet to meet a doctor that disputes this person or their diagnosis's she is that good. it is very frustrating to not be able to sleep, have pain so severe i cannot walk, stand, sit or lay in any one position and at times forget intamacy, the pain is so severe nothing could happen if if i willed it with a handful of viagra and coupled with all this have to try to prove an injury is real and does affect me the way it does. I do not know if the mri i had shows any thing, the x-rays ofcourse do not show anything and i have never had a pelvic sheer test, what i do know is my hip hurts 99.9 percent of the time and i get extremely frustrated, irratable, cranky, and of course depressed because of the limitations this has put on me.

anyone have any good ideas, lately i have been having a sensation in the third and fourth toe of my right foot, this is new and usually happens when i am laying down trying to go to sleep, also when i try to get up the pain is unbearable especailly in the morning, if i get to sleep more than 3-4 hours a night, this to angers the wife

Yep, the "sensation" in your toes is known to me as well. And it began after the hip/pelvic (which injured the sacrum joint. Oh do search for pelvic/hip injury and sacrum pain. use it as more proof that what your claiming is not something unknown to the world out there.)

Like I said, I don't have answers...well, not many. I'm there struggling to find help, answers, and the like and keep hitting walls and closed doors. And pain spreaRAB and grows worse. I hope more folks post their tales of sacrum/hip/pelvic pain/senations here with advice on what to do and how to prove for I was going to start a thread similar to yours regarding scarum joint pain caused by not only surgeries, but new symptoms from an injury two years ago to my hips and pelvic. I have stretch and stretch to try to stop the hip and pelvic pain. I don't know what else to do. I hear there is some kind of sacrum belt you can wear to stabblize the area.

Hello. . I had a similar situation to you. .. have you looked into prolotherapy? Its helping me tremendously.
