Hello, I think this might be similar to some of your problems:
Since 20th January 2006 I've noticed a loss of erogenous sensation in my penis shaft. The glans seem to be the only part that hasn't lost much. I went to a neurologist and he did some sensatory tests below my waist and nothing seemed wrong as I felt everything.
So I can still feel something, but not the erogenous feeling. It's as if the feeling as a whole was dull.
In 2004 I had been healing from the removal of a large hematoma near the coccyx region, supposedly due to a fall on my back. So I did an ultrasound on that zone and everything seemed to be fine, even though there was a 1 cm (?) of empty space from where the hematoma was.
Went to a urologist and he told me to do an ultrasound for varicocele in the testicles, but everything was ok too... The doctor conducting the ultrasound even joked saying it was all in my mind.
Well 2 years after it's everything in the same way it was before. I don't believe it's my mind as there were perioRAB I was so busy with other things I forgot about my problem for some moments.
But I've been noticing something I don't remeraber happening before..
Sometimes, after urinating, a bit more of urine comes out when I sit down or cough, even if I had urinated 5 minutes ago. This doesn't look normal to me. Even shaking or contracting my pelvic muscles right after finishing urinating doesn't seem to help preventing this from happening.
I've researched a bit and found the name given to this symptoms is "Post micturition dribble", and one of the reasons can be neurological damage.
Does penis partial nurabness and occasional post micturition dribble confirm I have some kind of neurological in my sacro-pelvic region?
Should I go to a neurologist or an urologist again and ask an RMI of my whole pelvis area?
Thanks!
