Hello, I wanted to put this out there, because there are so many people suffering with si joint dysfunction,,, I was one of them. .. last deceraber I was involved in a car accident, which left me with the diagnosis of a hypermobile si joint, turns out many of my joints are hypermobile i just never knew this. So after many months of miss diagnosis the joint being loose, not holding adjustments etc... I got to to the point where I couldn't stand for more than ten mins without being in agonising pain... I was a personal trainer, I was used to training five times a week, so to go from that to where I was, was awful.
I researched everything I could, I got an si belt to hold the joint in place but to no avail... after reading a lot on prolotherapy I found out about a very experienced practisioner in london, I started in may, its now sept and although I'm not 100% cured I'm 80% better than I was.... so I wanted to put this out there, for all of you that are being told 'it will pass' by your doctors, please don't rely on just the medical practise to fix u, please look into whatever u can.
