S8300 remove user code.

Hi guys I have a S8300 that i cant access because of the user code (that my brother setup as a joke and forgot what it is)

Is there a way to remove it only with the phone's USB cable?

Also I read that i can flash the firmware somewhere but the phone is in hebrew and i couldnt find a hebrew firmware to flash it with.
