S75 dead after flashing,how to repair

Hi,
I have a benq-siemens phone, model S75. I flashed it 3 days ago,and it has still dead now.when I push the power button,the current is up to 0.1A while i hear a beep sound and after that the current is down to zero.I have flashed it with many versions of flash file,but its still dead .I think the hardware do not match with the software.This is a big problem for me,who can help me repair my phone.
I'm very sad now,plz help me.Thanks so much
 
I flashed it by Martech tool box
flash files : v20_890D_891C
v31_890D_891C
V35_890D_891C

Hi try all that you have in sapport site must by alive try lower and smaler version
