S68 Phone and Sp Unlock

i got S68 in hand
which asks for Phone code even with Providers SIM.
more over i have to unlock(SP unlock) it aswell.

how todeal it ?

Popua cann't sim sim it.
even soft says sim sim active.
but phone remains same.

...to simulate sim (SimSim function), open papuautils, go to "Settings" menu, click on "Normal Mode" button, push shortly Power On button, wait to appeair "Insert Sim" message, click on "Simulate Sim" button and your phone is started without sim...
Other methode is to start normarly your phone and after appeair "Insert Sim" message, click on "Simulate Sim" button and your phone is started without sim...
All operations you neded to make without sim card and using the service cable, not data cable...
