...unlocking whit testpoint is the last solution. Because you have the highter firmware version in your phone, try to unlock using the Java midlet.
You need to use :
-papuautils 1.1.1b or c software
-service cable like serial DCA500; serial C55 cable or modifyed USB to serial DCA510 cable
-normal data cable (to transfer midlet in phone)
-phone manager software (like SiMoCo, MobilEdit...)
Steps:
Connect DATA CABLE to phone & run x65PapuaUtils
Select Com..
Connect with software .
Power on phone (without SIM) & click on SimSim (Simulate Sim).
After some seconds phone will be on his menu . .(if not click again on simsim).
Close Papuautils and open Phone Manager software (SiMoCo)
Copy Viper.jar (or bsReader) in your phone, on Data\Java\jam\Applications
Run Viper (or bsReader) in your phone
Confirm local conexion 'By Session'.
Confirm acess aplication java to data cable.
Wait few seconds (or minutes).
Wait for a 'beep' and the IMEI/ESN/HASH should in phone
-dont touch nothing and start x65PapuaUtils and click button 'PX65V4' - program starts receiving imei/esn/hash from java aplication.
- Click "Calculate Skey and Bkey' and wait SKEY and BKEY to be calculated
-USE UNLOCK CABLE (SERVICE CABLE)
- GO 'ServiceMode'.
- click'Enter Skey to phone'.
- Cick'Freia.log'. dont save the log, CANCEL. after that the prog ask if you want write blocks directly to phone. click Yes.
- Program write the blocks.
now all keys are saved and should appear 'FactoryMode' on the papua right window.
Note: if you use the DCA510 cable, not needed to switch between data and service cable. This cable have this functions.
