There was/is. It's some sort of battery draining app where you could leave the backlight/vibrate on continuously. I can't remember the name of it though, if I find it I'll let you know.

Perfect, davescot! That's exactly what I needed. It's a great way to drain the battery for those first few days of ownership.

is there something that maintains the backlight on as well in addition to this program? Or will this thing run in the background with a dedicated backlight program?
