S500i too hard for mom, any easy phone recommendations? I have two days to find one

So, for my mom's birthday I picked her up a S500i. It had everything she was looking for in a phone. Great form factor, nice screen, great voice quality... but I should've known. It's too hard for her

I have two days to exchange the phone for something easier.

Here's the required list of features:
850mhz band - (she's on AT&T)
Easy to use
Good reception
Dedicated green and red "call" and "end" buttons

Here's what she wants:
Something uncommon
Something small
She prefers the slide form factor, but wouldn't mind a clamshell

So please throw me recommendations!
