I have had some problems lately with the S50. On Saturday, I parked it a relatives house for a few hours, went out to start it... It starts, but dies right away... okay no problem choke it a little. Clutch in, kick stand up, switch to run, in neutral. Nothing... no power. WTF!!
So I turn the key off, take it out, and think for a bit... Okay lets try again. Key in, to "on", all the lights come one, I have power, it starts, yay... Drive it home and park it.
Sunday. Start her up, drive it all day long on a trip. Come to a stop at a liquor store. Come out to start it up again, and nothing! No power at all. Key out again, then key back in. Power once again, then I go to start it and all I hear is the starter click, and the bike dies again... No power again. This time it lasts, no power what so ever. So I try to push start it, and it fires and runs again. I ride it home, turn it off and starts it again no problem. Okay, this is weird there has to be something wrong.
Monday, start it up in the morning for work, ride to work, no problems. Start it at lunch, no problem. Start it at the end of the day, no problem. Park it for the night no problems. Then on Tuesday morning I go to put the key in, power on, lights one, go to start it, and the started clicks, and dies completely. Now it has been sitting in my garage dead.
Anyone else expirience this with their bikes? To me, it sounds like a short or something. It just dies completely, no warning or dimming of anything, just DEAD. Or is that how bike batteries work, they just cut out when they are drained. But I don't know how it could drain, I don't leave lights on or anything... And on top of all that, for any of you Calgarians familiar with Blackfoot motosports, they are a bunch of complete useless douche bags. So ****.... Any suggestions out there?... would be appreciated, thanks.
Cliff's: Dead Bike for one minute. Running bike second try. Runs for a day everything fine. Park the bike start it again DEAD, running after jump start. Runs fine again, starts a few times. Parked over night, go to start in morning dead again after starting then dying. son of a......
