S46 flash dumps !

Hi!
Has someone got dumps from both flash's of this S 46 phone?
I saw Intel F320C3TC flash and ST28W160CT in this phone that I have broken.
If someone has read out dumps with some good programmer please contact me.. LAB-Tool 48 or some simillar!
