just use freia ( http://www.siemensfreaks.com/prog/Freia15Setup.rar ) and unlock it. it is easy, you only need NON originall serial data cable... (or usb cable with usb-com drivers)
I know, it seems to be the only way, I just tried to avoid that because it's an old model, almost nobody sells the cable anymore (the non-original one), and if I go to Siemens (they still have it, of course), I have to cut wires on the cable and leave only TX/RX-GND... Thanks for reply!
