Rust on my bike ....?

Okay so I have this old GT bmx bike and it has rust on some parts of it. How can I clean it off?
its chrome...cant paint it
but thanks for the keep out of the sun part...errr ya
 
maybe repaint it...rust comes fast on things if u keep them outside! bring ur bmx inside
