AP - One of the people arrested in recent days in connection with the alleged Russian spy ring has vanished, authorities said.
Christopher Robert Metsos, 54, vanished Wednesday after making bail the day before, the AP reported. The Canadian citizen is wanted by U.S. authorities on suspicion of espionage and money laundering.

court released Metsos on on bail and ordered him to report to police on Wednesday. After Metsos failed to check in with cops, police searched but failed to find him.

Authorities have now begun the necessary procedures to issue a warrant, the AP reported.
