CDWOW and sometimes Movietyme will offer R5 dvd's if they are of well known titles that are being released early on R5 or offer something over a R1 or R2 version ,like additional extras or perhaps less censor cuts.

Same for R3 titles.
The R3 dvd of Casino Royale is the only one available currently that is uncut
