Not everyone wants Obama to succeed in turning the U.S. into a socialist or communist state. If Obama succeeds, everyone else fails. His failure would provide the greatest chances for everyone else's success.

I don't think he really wants him to fail, he just believes the policies he's putting into place will fail.
