Running on ymca track 1/16 lap routine 4 days 1500-200 calories I will eat

everyday what help me pl? Height- 5 ft 7 in Weight- 146lbs and out of shape and like to gain speed
Tomorrow- Jog 3 miles or 48 laps take 1 break so 24laps another 24 laps
Next date- Jog 5 miles or 80 laps take 3 breaks so 20 laps another 20 another 20 another 20
Day after Rest
Next day- Jog 3 miles or 48 laps equiv again 2 breaks
Next date- Jog 5 miles or 80 laps equiv again 4 breaks
Day After Rest
Is this good routine? Should i run the the lengths and jog the the curves of the laps? Plz help I would like to gain speed and shape
