Hey everyone!
I have to run a mile tomorrow morning in ten minuets or under in order to make the high school volleyball team. Im in decent shape. I used to play soccer, but yet again i haven't been running all summer. I'm really nervous. Coach said we can bring our Ipod so my mind should be set with music. Do you guys have any tips on finishing the mile? What should i eat before so i don't get cramps? How should i breathe? Thank you so much in advance
