running and exercising?

i run 3 times a week 30 minutes and then another 15 min of pushups sit ups etc. i burn approximately 250-300 calories per run. plus 2 times a week i have hockey practice for 1.5 hours, added i do quite a bit of walking a day at school and i have weekends off from running and hockey but occasionally i workout on sunday same as workout above. i eat three times a day eggs sausage and toast for breakfast some times waffles and lunch is peanut butter jelly and chips and cookies then for dinner its a toss up but its usually healthy. so with all of the walking and exercising am i burning enough calories? i am 15 years old thanks its much appreciated.
