I cant understand this. this has been going on for months now; vent runs fine while playing starwars galaxies, but as soon as i run a game through steam it immediatly stops working and only emits static. but once i close the game it starts working again (sometimes, otherwise i have to re-log my user on the pc). Does anyone have any idea why? Id LOVE to fix this if at all possible because its become ridiculously frustrating. I do not have Vista, so i dont have to run anything through Admin (everyone else ive asked has said that so i just figured id get that out of the way)
