runescape: what ar good monsters to kill for str or att exp? from levels 20 to 80?

Go to Stronghold?
It's perfect for leveling up,
there is all different kinds of things to kill,
you start off on the first level with the lower levels,
once you get higher,
go to the next level,
and just keep going.
It's what I do. :D
 
I always fight moss giants and wear a ring of wealth while doing so, it's a good way to get exp and money.
Combat Lvls: 42, 48, 84
Hitpoints(or Life points): 600, 850, 1200
Slayer lvl required:1
Member: No
Aggressive: Yes
Poisonous: No
