Runescape Training Camp Ogres?

I am looking to train my ranged up a little bit but im not sure how.Could someone awnser these please?

- How many bronze knives do you use per hour a training camp ogres?
- How much exp do you get per hour using bronze knives?

But at any rate, I can't stand training range without Sacred Clay armour from the Stealing Creation Minigame. Double exp until it degrades, so it halves training time.
