If you are using an accumulator it will save more than you need. You're best bet is to chinchompa and go to mummies in the chaos tunnels. Youtube : Chinchompa ranging guide
 
I think more like 100k would do it. Although, if you have the money and 43 prayer, buy about 50k chins and around 100 prayer pots (use as many as you need and sell what you don't use) and go to either the chaos tunnel mummies or the ape atoll skeletons and use them there. You'll have to pay out the ass, but if you lack patience and badly need 99 ranged it's more than worth it.
