runescape clue scroll (hard) trouble...?

The clue scroll has given me the co-ordinates of 22.35 N 19.18 E, which according to many sites, is in level 46 wilderness, north of the lava maze 1 square south west of the northern runite ore. When i dig, nothing happens. I am in the exact location i am meant to be in. Why wont anything happen? I'm meant to be attacked by a Zamorack monk. What should i do?
