Runes of Magic install help?

Ok I have downloaded the advanced Runes of Magic.
When I click on the ROMsetup and go all the way to install and click it it pops up with this error message: An error occured while trying to copy a file: The source file is corrupted.
Then it has the abort retry or ignore which do nothing.
What can I do?
