I am stationed in Germany, my wife has permanent residency in the Philippines.
I read a site with BAH Rules but none of them were tailored to my situation.
Living outside the Continental United States --- Spouse living both outside the Continental United States and outside my country of Residency.
Trying to get BAH (BAQ?) set up, but even my SQDN S-1 Shop seems to be at a loss, though they are investigating, at their own pace. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
