...minutes? I heard that if you put your knees down or stop for a while, they automatically stop you? or can you say, do 30 or so, stop and have a breather on your knees and then carry on after that? or do you have to keep doing them, without stopping? I know you have to absoloutly just not give up whatsoever, and push through the pain and all but i can do a hell of alot more if i have like a 5-10second breather...
At the moment i can do 40 without stopping, pretty fast. then i start to struggle. i put my knees down, have a 5-10 second breather, and then do about 40 more. this is in the 2 minutes time allowed. would i be disqualified if i did this in the PRMC?
